Our current corporate world has experienced so much change in the last 6 years and it has left us all reeling...
We came out of 2019 in a time of certainty and economic growth to a hard pivot in 2020 as the world entered a pandemic and the economy turned on it's head. The workplace changed, our world changed, and we shifted at lightning speed without having the ability to take time to plan.
Then the ground kept shifting from under us again and again, like aftershocks from a great earthquake and the repercussions of the pandemic just kept giving us more chances to make adjustments to the workplace and the economy.

But all of that has left us without a clear path ahead, and has rocked our sense of workspace, work community, and work dynamics. We feel lost and unsure and like we're shooting from the hip most of the time.
By implementing some mindset coaching techniques in our workplace, we can learn how to navigate change and uncertainty in a healthier way, turning it into an opportunity for growth and stronger decision making, and creating a better work environment that fosters retention, productivity and partnership.
Imagine a work environment where no one panics when things change last minute, people communicate clearly and make solid decisions even in the face of uncertainty, and everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

Meet Amy
My name is Amy Burton, and I am a Life and Mindset Coach and Educator. Over 24 years ago I began my journey as a high school teacher and fell in love with learning and helping others broaden their mind through education. When my children were young, I transitioned from the teaching profession into running my own business for the flexibility of being able to work around their schedules and needs. I have run a successful business for over 14 years, coaching many of my team members through times of change, running their own teams and pursuing their dreams and passions.
I know firsthand what it’s like to have to continually make changes, adjust to the current environment, and have policies, plans, and projects shift right under you. I know what its like to watch things you have built crumble and fall away, or the urgent take priority over the important time and time again. I also know what it is like to be able to take back control by changing my own mindset and being able to understand how others are responding and reacting, and how that will affect me and our decisions. Join me in learning how to manage change more effectively and in a healthier way!
When I am not speaking you can find me performing with my local community theater, or fishing on the river in Alaska. I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so that together we can create a work environment that supports everyone!
